Dear Patients
As you are aware, due to the ongoing Covid- 19 emergency the office of Drs. Janzen, Gogolinski and Wilson will be closed until further notice. We are dealing with this situation day to day and will be cancelling appointments on a weekly basis. If you have an appointment in the near future our receptionists will be calling you to cancel your appointment. You will be given two options when we call, to either reschedule at a later date or to be put on a call back list so that we can contact you once normal operations resume. Our primary goal at this time is to reduce the number of dental emergencies entering the hospital and to reduce the burden that this can impose on the hospital system. Therefore, we will continue to provide emergency dental services.
If you have a dental emergency you must call first, remember the office is closed.
If it is deemed necessary for treatment to be provided in-office you will be directed to the best course of action. At the present time our staff is as happy and healthy as always and are dealing with the situation as you are, in stride. We encourage all of you to follow the strict hand washing, distancing and isolation protocols for the benefit of you and your family, our community, and our country.
